use:

It is used in shoes, hats, clothing, box making, bag making, rubber other industries to finely bond two three layers into a composite cloth. It is also suitable for the drying process of cloth leather in the printing dyeing weaving industries. This machine removes paint evenly, the heating temperature is adjustable, the drying speed is fast, which can make the cloth leather smooth, wrinkle-free, firmly bonded.

Features:

1. Scrape onto the lining by means of squeegee, then compound it with the face cloth to make it into one. The composite fabric also has the advantages of dry cleaning, sand washing, water washing. The lining fabric are equipped with automatic edge-aligning devices. The special gluing method greatly saves the amount of glue.

2. Power: 7.5kw + 1.5kw cycloidal pin wheel reducer, computer frequency conversion speed regulation, automatic recovery function if there is a failure.

3. There are two heating methods:

1) Q is steam heating, automatically output steam condensate;

2) Type D is electrically heated, the temperature can be adjusted controlled automatically. According to the number of rollers, there are two types of four-roller six-roller, products with special specifications can also be customized according to user needs.
